Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Ananda Services ("Ladder Flow," "we," "us," or "our") operates Ladder Flow, an AI-powered platform that turns spoken conversations into LinkedIn and X content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you.
By creating an account or using Ladder Flow, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who We Are
Ladder Flow is operated by Ananda Services, a sole proprietorship owned by Shivam Chandhok, registered in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
For any privacy questions, requests, or concerns, contact us at support@ladderflow.ai.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you give us directly
- Account information: name, email address, password (or OAuth credentials if you sign up via Google), timezone.
- Business & Positioning inputs: your niche, industry, ideal customer profile, core offer, pain points, differentiators, and proof points.
- Voice recordings and transcripts: the audio and text of every interview session you record.
- Digital Brain content: opinions, frameworks, stories, and proof points extracted from your sessions, plus anything you edit or add directly.
- Reference sources: YouTube videos, LinkedIn or X posts/profiles, and documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT) you choose to upload as outside material.
- Brand Kit assets: logo, brand colors, brand voice words, and reference images you upload.
- Content you create or edit: generated posts, edits you make to them, comments and replies.
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers (see Section 4) — we do not directly store your full card details.
- Communications: anything you send us via support@ladderflow.ai or other support channels.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, device and browser type, IP address.
- Cookies and tracking technologies: we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel on our marketing site to understand traffic and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. See Section 9 for more detail.
2.3 Information from third parties
Connected accounts: if you connect LinkedIn, X, or Google Calendar, we receive the account information and permissions (via OAuth) needed to publish posts, read engagement data, or create calendar events on your behalf. We only request the access needed for the features you use.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Provide the core service: run interview sessions, generate content, publish to LinkedIn and X, sync with your calendar, and maintain your Digital Brain.
- Power AI-assisted content generation: your transcripts, Digital Brain data, and relevant settings are processed by leading AI model providers to research topics, conduct interviews, and draft content. See Section 5 for how this works.
- Send service communications: habit reminder emails (sent automatically from support@ladderflow.ai), account notifications, and support responses.
- Improve Ladder Flow: understand how the product is used so we can fix problems and build better features.
- Marketing and analytics: measure the performance of our marketing site using Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse: detect and respond to fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate Ladder Flow, and only as needed for them to do their job:
| Category | Provider(s) | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Database & storage | Our database infrastructure and Cloudflare R2 | Storing your account data, transcripts, and Digital Brain |
| AI processing | Leading AI model providers | Powering the research agent, interview host, and content generation |
| Payments | Dodo Payments (India), Polar (international) | Processing subscription payments — both act as merchant of record and handle your payment details directly; we do not store full card numbers |
| Product analytics / quality monitoring | Internal observability tooling | Monitoring and improving the quality of AI-generated output |
| Email delivery | Our email infrastructure, sent from support@ladderflow.ai | Habit reminders and account communications |
| Website analytics & advertising | Google Analytics, Meta Pixel | Understanding site traffic and marketing performance |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms and Conditions, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ladder Flow, our users, or others.
If Ladder Flow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction — we'll notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. AI Processing of Your Content
Ladder Flow's core function depends on AI models processing what you say and write. Here's specifically how:
- Your interview transcripts, Digital Brain memories, and relevant settings are sent to third-party AI model providers to conduct research, run the interview, and generate draft content.
- We do not scrub or remove personal or business details (like names, revenue figures, or client information) before this processing — the AI needs real, specific details to produce content that's authentically yours rather than generic. This is a deliberate product choice, not an oversight.
- You control what gets published. Before content goes live, you can review and edit every draft. Proof points and other sensitive details can be marked "private" in your settings, meaning they inform your content but are never published outright without your say-so.
- Our AI model providers do not use your content to train their models, and delete processed data on their end within 7–30 days, per their own data handling policies.
6. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously, and have built specific protections around the most sensitive material — your voice transcripts and business information:
- Encryption: voice transcripts and other sensitive content are encrypted (AES-256) at rest.
- Tenant isolation: database-level access controls ensure your data is never visible to other users, enforced independently of application code.
- Secure sessions: login sessions expire after 1 hour; logging out immediately invalidates all active sessions.
- Encrypted backups: our backups are encrypted, and our disaster-recovery process is regularly tested.
- No sensitive data in logs: passwords, authentication tokens, and transcript content are never written to system logs.
- Publishing kill switch: we maintain the ability to instantly halt all automatic publishing across the platform if something goes wrong.
- Secure third-party connections: our connection to LinkedIn, X, and MCP-based tools (like Claude or ChatGPT) uses OAuth 2.1, the modern standard for delegated access — we never use shared API keys or store your platform passwords.
No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we'll notify you as required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service.
If you delete your account:
- Deletion requests are verified via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email, to confirm it's really you.
- Your account enters a 7-day recovery window — if you change your mind, you can restore your account via the link in your confirmation email.
- After 7 days, your data is permanently and irreversibly purged across all our systems — this includes transcripts, Digital Brain content, generated posts, and account information.
Before you delete your account, you can export your Digital Brain data (your accumulated opinions, frameworks, stories, and proof points) so you retain a copy of what you've built.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information.
If you're in the European Union or United Kingdom (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, and to object to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your information includes performance of our contract with you (providing the service), your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving Ladder Flow.
If you're in India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)
As a Data Principal, you have the right to access information about how your personal data is processed, to correction and erasure of your personal data, to grievance redressal, and to nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity. You can exercise these rights by contacting support@ladderflow.ai.
If you're in California (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@ladderflow.ai. We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Cookies and Tracking
Our marketing site (not the logged-in product) uses:
- Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use our site.
- Meta Pixel, to measure the performance of our advertising and build audiences for future campaigns.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Opting out won't affect your ability to use Ladder Flow itself.
10. International Data Transfers
Ladder Flow operates internationally, and your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including India and other jurisdictions where our infrastructure and service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information when it's transferred internationally.
11. Children's Privacy
Ladder Flow is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact support@ladderflow.ai and we'll delete it.
12. Third-Party Links and Integrations
Ladder Flow connects with third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, X, and Google Calendar, and can be accessed via MCP-compatible tools like Claude or ChatGPT. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your information, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the product before the changes take effect. Continued use of Ladder Flow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
