Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ladder Flow, a platform operated by Ananda Services, a sole proprietorship owned by Shivam Chandhok, registered in Gurugram, Haryana, India ("Ladder Flow," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Ladder Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Ladder Flow. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. What Ladder Flow Is
Ladder Flow is a platform that turns spoken conversations into LinkedIn and X content. Broadly, it: conducts AI-assisted research and voice interviews, generates written content and images from those interviews and your accumulated Digital Brain, publishes that content to connected platforms, and helps you track performance and refine future sessions.
We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product develops. Current plans and their features are described on our pricing page.
3. Your Account
- You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
- Notify us immediately at support@ladderflow.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You may not share your account or provide access to it to anyone else without our permission.
4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
- Plans: Ladder Flow offers a Free plan and paid subscription tiers, described on our pricing page. Pricing and plan features may change over time; we'll provide notice of material changes to paid plans.
- Free trial: new users get a 2-hour, ungated trial of full Pro access, with no credit card required. This trial is usage-based, not time-based — it remains available until you use it and does not expire on its own.
- Billing: paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring flat-fee basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at signup). Payments are processed by our payment partners — Dodo Payments for customers in India, and Polar for international customers — both of whom act as merchant of record for your purchase.
- Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the issue is resolved.
5. Content Ownership
- Your content is yours. You own the voice recordings, transcripts, Digital Brain content, and all posts and images generated through your use of Ladder Flow.
- The license you grant us: to provide the service, you grant Ladder Flow a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and use your content — including sending it to third-party AI providers — solely for the purpose of operating and improving Ladder Flow for you. This license ends when you delete the relevant content or close your account (subject to the retention and deletion process in our Privacy Policy).
- Your Digital Brain is portable. You can export your accumulated Digital Brain data before or at cancellation.
- You're responsible for what you publish. You control what goes live, and you're responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it — including for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with the policies of the platforms you publish to (LinkedIn, X).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Ladder Flow for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others.
- Abuse, harass, or attempt to harm other users or Ladder Flow's systems.
- Attempt to resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized third parties with access to your account or the service.
- Use Ladder Flow's voice interview or content generation features to impersonate someone else, or to misrepresent the authorship or origin of generated content.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features, rate limits, or the consent-based publishing controls built into the product.
- Access or attempt to access Ladder Flow's MCP (Model Context Protocol) connection in any way other than as authorized through standard OAuth 2.1 authentication, or use that access for purposes beyond what's described in our documentation.
- Use Ladder Flow to generate or publish content that makes false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or source code powering Ladder Flow.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. AI-Generated Content — What You Should Know
- Ladder Flow uses AI to conduct research, run interviews, and generate content. While we've built the product to produce content that reflects your authentic voice and ideas, AI-generated output can contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn't fully match your intent.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or performance (engagement, reach, business outcomes) of any generated content.
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing it. Ladder Flow is a tool to assist your content creation — final responsibility for what gets published under your name rests with you.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Ladder Flow integrates with third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, X, and Google Calendar, and can be accessed through MCP-compatible tools like Claude or ChatGPT. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the applicable third party's own terms of service. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms that affect your use of Ladder Flow — including LinkedIn or X restricting or suspending accounts for reasons outside our control.
Publishing to LinkedIn and X through Ladder Flow uses each platform's official API with your explicit, per-post consent — we do not use automation methods that violate these platforms' terms of service.
9. Intellectual Property
Ladder Flow, including its software, design, the Post Pattern Library, and all associated trademarks and branding, is owned by Ananda Services. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Ladder Flow's intellectual property except as necessary to use the service as intended.
10. Termination
- By you: you can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time, as described in Section 4 and our Privacy Policy.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees, with notice where reasonably possible.
- Effect of termination: upon account deletion, your data is handled according to the retention and deletion process described in our Privacy Policy (a 7-day recovery window, followed by permanent deletion).
11. Disclaimers
Ladder Flow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times, and we do not guarantee any specific business outcome (engagement, leads, revenue) from using Ladder Flow.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ananda Services and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use Ladder Flow. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ananda Services from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Ladder Flow, your violation of these Terms, or content you publish through the service.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Ladder Flow will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the product before the changes take effect. Continued use of Ladder Flow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
